• How long will it take the carpet to dry?

This depends on many factors, including your type of carpet, the temperature and humidity of your home and the weather on the day of your cleaning. The average dry time is around 3-4 hours. We use speed dry fans after we are done cleaning a room or area.

• What is your minimum charge?

Our minimum charge is $99 plus tax inside Lincoln city limits.

• Do you move furniture?

We do not move furniture.

• Will you be on time?

Yes, we take pride in being on time. We try to arrive about 5 minutes early when possible. If we are going to be even 1 minute late, we will call you.

• What if I need to cancel?

Please give us at least 48 hours if possible.
